in the shitstorm of the past 4 weeks, i'd almost forgotten what made me fall in love with okinawa in the first place
it was the research for my novel k-city blues that drove me back there time&time again - and the more i learned the angrier i became and the deeper i dug
last week curtis brown new york offered me representation on the back of that novel
they've given it a spangly new title - and seem to have high-hopes for it in the cut-throat world of publishing
